Use of an image (or images) constitutes publishing. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Please read these product terms and conditions (the “Product Terms”) carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under English law and set out the terms under which Art for Homes and their vendors make available the online photo service (the “Service”) for the purchase of Fine Art Prints (“Products”) printed from high definition digital images.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

These terms and conditions apply to the use of Art for Homes and its related services. By entering and using our website and its services, you indicate that you agree to use the service only under these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not access or use our service.

These Product Terms will not form a binding contract between you and Art for Homes for the purchase and supply of Fine Art Prints until the following conditions have been met:
(a) you have submitted your offer to buy certain Products (your “Order”) using the order facility provided; and (b) Art for Homes confirms Receipt of Payment against the Invoice raised against those Products ordered by you.

Use of the Service

Delivery

All Fine Art Prints will only be delivered to you at the address given within 7 working days. Some bespoke orders for Products, can take longer to deliver as they may require additional time to complete your order. Art for Homes will always indicate this to you prior to receipt of payment. However, the time of delivery is an estimate only and Art for Homes shall not be liable for any late delivery of the Products or any loss or damage caused as a result. Due to the personalised nature of an Order, you will not necessarily be able to cancel an Order after you have submitted it as Art for Homes may have already commenced with making your order.

Returns

In the event that the Products are damaged or defective or do not match the description specified in this Service then we will be happy to offer a full refund. You may send the finished Fine Art Prints back to Art for Homes within 14 days of receipt by you. In those circumstances, Art for Homes will provide a full refund against the Purchase Invoice Price. Please quote the order number or invoice number. In the event that you return any Products to Art for Homes in accordance with this section and Art for Homes can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, Art for Homes reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund or return the Products to you.

Payment

The prices payable for the Products that you order are clearly set out in your order confirmation invoice. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before your order is accepted. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated but are subject to further delivery charges for those destinations outside the UK Mainland.
All payments are processed through PayPal. You can pay by any MasterCard or Visa credit card or most debit cards. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at this time.

General

These Product Terms are subject to English law. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue this Service (or any part of it) without notice to you and shall not be liable to you if we exercise these rights.
Except as expressly set out in these Product Terms, all use of your personal information will be made in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use personal information in order to:
Administer or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement that you may have with us.
The tracking of your orders.
Anticipate and resolve problems with your service.
In order carry out the above, we need to collect and process personal information about you (including but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, email address, details of your visits to the website and any transactional information in relation to order fulfilment). We will not give any of this data to third parties.
